SALMAN KHAN WANTED

Salman Khan has just signed his next film and has apparently been paid a whopping Rs 20 crores for it. The film will be produced by Ramesh Taurani of Tips and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Salman was signed on for it last week.
A source said, “Ramesh Taurani earlier wanted to remake Amar Akbar Anthony with the Khan Brothers, Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail. However, the project never took off after the initial announcement. Taurani then got busy with the film Race and has now finally met Salman.”
Santoshi and Salman have been trying to work together for the last two years and finally, things have fallen in place. The major issue was that Santoshi had multiple projects and was undecided over which film he will start first. He has a project with Nadiadwala which has Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt in it. And he also has a project with Abhishek and Aishwarya waiting to go on the floors. However, it now seems that the film with Salman is scheduled to start immediately. Taurani paid Rs 20 crores to Salman for the film so he could give him immediate dates
